REFUNDS
All payments under this Agreement will be irrevocable, non-refundable, and non-creditable. Once a subscription is active, the space on the server is already allotted, which is why we cannot offer refunds. We suggest getting a 24 hour trial before buying a monthly subscription.
CANCELLATIONS
Payments made with a debit or credit card will automatically be deducted each due date. To cancel your subscription, you will have to log in to the client area and cancel the subscription prior to the invoice’s due date. Sending an email does not constitute a cancellation of service. If you submit a cancellation request, the account will be cancelled at the expiration date of the plan, not the day you requested the cancellation.
